Professional Services & Rates
One of my core beliefs as a therapist is that nothing exists in a vacuum. I strive for my work to reflect that by working beyond just the therapist-client dyad to develop professional relationships with other providers and support their clinical work as well. Within this scope of my business, my goal is to offer mentorship, share knowledge, foster community, and promote continued [mutual] growth within the therapy field.

Supervision & Consultation
Professional services can vary in length of session (dependent on need), but are charged by the hour. Services offered are categorized as follows:
Individual & Dyadic
Supervision
This standard method of supervision refers to either 1:1 or 2:1 meetings between supervisor and supervisee(s). In these meetings, we will touch on clinical cases, therapeutic approaches and styles, our own humanity and self-of-the-therapist growth, ethics, business logistics, and more. All customized to YOU and YOUR needs!
Group
Supervision
On occasion, Redefining Fuerza will offer group supervision sessions. These groups will be capped at 6 participants to ensure that the hours completed will count toward your licensure requirements. To account for the additional people, group supervision will always be at least two hours (sometimes more). Group supervision may have a specific topic or theme to create cohesion in the discussion.
Professional
Consultation
This service is for those who see something on my website and/or heard about something that I do well and find themselves saying "Wow, I want to learn more about that!" In professional consultation, I am happy to share whatever expertise and/or lived experiences (both personally and professionally) that I can to benefit the knowledge base and clinical skills of other providers.
Please Note:
Morgan Messer is currently accruing supervision hours toward independent status as an AAMFT approved supervisor. As such, all supervision services are conducted under the supervision mentorship of Jessi Leader, LMFT.
Supervision with Morgan is available to those pursuing LMFT, LPC, or LPCC licensures in the state of Minnesota because Jessi is an approved supervisor for the MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy *and* the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. If you have questions about this hours accrual process or my supervisory status, please reach out and ask!

Professional Consultation is available to all licensures, levels, and geographic locations.
Professional Rates
Redefining Fuerza assesses the following hourly fees for professional services:

Individual Supervision (one supervisee) -- $100

Dyadic Supervision (two supervisees) -- $60 / supervisee

Group Supervision (three to six supervisees) -- $50 / supervisee

Professional Consultation -- $250

Redefining Fuerza values increasing accessibility to the therapy field, particularly for clinicians with marginalized identities. Toward that goal, I am happy to offer limited slots for supervisees at a reduced rate.
